A wine tasting and pasta dinner in an old wine cellar close to Navona and Pantheon square. An historic place underground with original roman evidences such as roman columns, archs, capitals: the best setting to taste the high quality Italian wines from different regions paired with handmade and fresh pasta. The sommelier will teach you how to classify the sauces and food you would tipically find and which wines would pair well. A large part of the ingridients come from the owner’s farm located in the Roman hills.
– 5 Wines, mainly reds
– 1 Delicate (appetizer or special ham and cheese)
– 4 Pasta tasting (handmade) lasagna, raviolo, different shapes)
– 1 Amaro or Liquor
